Franchise Brands plc announce all-share merger with Filta Group Holdings plc

Franchise Brands plc is pleased to announce the recommended all-share merger with Filta Group Holdings plc, a market-leader in the commercial kitchen services sector, became wholly unconditional on 10^th March.
